FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A longtime vision of a bustling shopping center along Herndon and Highway 99 is coming together at the Marketplace at El Paseo. The purchase price for the 19.87-acre center was $24.13 million, according to records from real estate data service Reonomy.
