The Marketplace at El Paseo, Gryphon Capital’s first major ground-up development is a dynamic 650,000+ square foot hybrid project consisting of big box and entertainment retail, restaurants and services on 75+ acres. With high freeway visibility and convenient access, the Marketplace at El Paseo has become the premiere super regional center for the area. Anchored by Target and Burlington, the center includes a variety of national and local retailers including: Bath & Body Works, Marshalls, Old Navy, Olive Garden, Petco, Tesla Motors Charging Station and ULTA Beauty.

In October 2018 Phase 2 began and was completed in Summer of 2021 which includes Regal Cinemas, Hobby Lobby, Floor & Décor Carters, Five Below among others.
