In a busy center that already included strong national tenants Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, and United Artist Theaters, Gryphon Capital envisioned the opportunity to transform a former VONS Grocery Store into an 50,000± square foot Burlington Coat Factory. Opened in 2013, this proven retailer joined a thriving neighborhood that boasts a Walmart, Orchard Supply, Michael’s, Fitness 19, Autozone, Radio Shack, Starbuck’s, Burger King, KFC, Applebees, and Olive Garden, to name a few.
