New Shopping Center Opens in Fresno

CBS 47 News — March 10, 2014

A new shopping center in Northwest Fresno celebrated its grand opening Monday morning. Marketplace at El Paseo on Herndon near 99, has been in the works for the last eight years. The 45 acre location will provide 400-thousand square feet of retail space. Stores like Target, Ross, and Marshalls, are already there. Developers said restaurants will also be added.
